    Independent flyExclusive Advisory

Independent flyExclusive advisor: Jet Club and fractional ownership

We advise flyExclusive buyers and existing clients on Jet Club membership, fractional ownership and competing programs. Our role is to determine whether the proposed program suits the client's travel, and whether its cost and access justify a prepaid flight deposit or a five-year aircraft investment.

We are paid by the client and take no operator commissions or referral fees.

    The Cost Comparison

Travel days change the cost comparison

flyExclusive charges a daily fee as well as an occupied hourly rate. Longer flights and several legs on the same day spread that daily fee across more flying. Frequent short one-way trips incur it more often for the same annual hours, so the hourly rate alone does not show the full cost.

We compare the daily and hourly charges in your proposal with what flat-rate jet cards and other fractional programs would charge for your expected travel.

    Jet Club Access

Jet Club access and the amount worth funding

Jet Club starts at a $100,000 deposit with guaranteed fleet access 330 days a year; Jet Club Plus starts at $200,000 with guaranteed access all 365 days, including peak dates. Both use the same service and pricing structure. Plus can be worth the larger deposit when travel around holidays or major events is essential; a client who can travel on other dates may have less reason to fund it.

Year-round access still comes with booking conditions. Jet Club typically requires four days' notice, which can affect whether it suits a client whose plans change close to departure. We consider that requirement alongside aircraft availability and backup capacity before recommending a tier or an alternative provider.

The deposit funds future flying. flyExclusive's current Jet Club page does not publish refund rights for the redesigned offer; the current agreement supplies those terms. Although the funds do not expire, member flying rates are locked for 24 months from deposit; the agreement governs rates after that window. A balance kept for distant future travel may therefore be spent at different rates. We advise on the amount and timing of funding as well as the tier, based on the client's expected use.

    Fractional Ownership

What ownership adds beyond the cost of flying

flyExclusive fractional ownership brings a five-year term and capital invested in an aircraft share. The absence of a monthly management fee can matter when use is uneven: there is no such fee during quieter months. Acquisition capital remains invested, however, and daily and hourly charges still apply when you fly.

A share also has a potential value at exit, unlike Jet Club membership. At the end of the term, flyExclusive has the right to repurchase the share at fair market value, less a remarketing fee. Some contracts let the owner require repurchase earlier. These provisions affect both what you may recover and when you can leave.

We evaluate whether the expected use over the ownership term warrants the purchase, allowing for flying charges and the potential proceeds at exit. That can support a share purchase or point toward membership without an aircraft investment. Your counsel reviews the agreement, and your tax advisor assesses the tax treatment.

    Existing Clients

Good service and the right program are separate judgments

A satisfactory service experience can coexist with a change in what you need. Different destinations, shorter trips or more last-minute bookings may alter the value of a program chosen for an earlier travel pattern. We use actual costs, usage and service performance to advise on whether the current arrangement still fits.

For Jet Club members, that review informs the next replenishment. For fractional owners, it informs whether to retain the share, restructure the arrangement or consider an exit under the agreement. Remaining with flyExclusive may be the sound decision; our advice explains when a change is justified and when it is not.

    Frequently asked questions

Yes. Our separate account management service provides periodic billing, utilization and program-performance review, with reporting for an owner, family office or finance team. It does not include booking trips or day-to-day operational support.

Yes. We compare flyExclusive with jet cards and other fractional programs, including NetJets and Flexjet, where they could meet your travel needs. The written recommendation explains which option we favor and why. We receive no operator commissions or referral fees, whichever program you choose.

It is priced to the scope of the review, and the fee is set before the engagement begins. The first conversation is confidential and carries no obligation.

Yes. The existing balance and the proposed new deposit are separate commitments. A focused review can compare expected trips with the balance available and the pricing attached to new funding, rather than assuming that the previous deposit amount remains appropriate.

The revised schedule can incur another daily fee even if the total flight hours stay the same. A proposal comparison needs to reflect that change on both sides, including any minimum charges in the alternative program. Preserving annual hours alone would miss the change in travel cost.

Jet Club deposit amounts, access days, rate protection and fund expiry were checked on the current Jet Club page and April 16, 2026 launch release October 14, 2026. Current refund rights are not published; the non-refundable-deposit disclosure in the 2025 Form 10-K concerns earlier membership terms. Other fractional and program descriptions retain the September 30, 2026 review of flyExclusive's fractional and membership pages, March 12, 2026 announcement and 2025 Form 10-K. flyExclusive does not publish its daily and hourly rates.
